US Copper Import Tariff Unlikely To Impact Hindustan Copper, Says Company

Hindustan Copper Ltd. on Saturday said the tariffs imposed by the US on copper imports are unlikely to have any impact on its business.

In a stock exchange filing, the company clarified that it mines and refines copper ore into concentrate and sells most of its output domestically. As a result, its operations are largely insulated from international trade restrictions, it said.
