TCS, Vodafone Idea Sign Five-Year Pact to Revamp Business Support System With AI

Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. on Thursday said it has entered into a five-year partnership with Vodafone Idea Ltd. to modernise the telecom operator’s business support system through an artificial intelligence-driven platform.

The engagement aims to enhance customer experience by deploying a next-generation system designed for intelligence, automation, personalisation, and faster rollout of new products and services, TCS said in an exchange filing.

The transformation will use TCS’ flagship platforms — HOBS, which will provide the digital backbone for business support, and TwinX, which will bring AI and machine learning-powered intelligence and scenario simulation.
