Infosys Board to Weigh Share Buyback Plan on Thursday

Infosys Ltd. on Monday said its board of directors will meet on Thursday to consider a proposal for buyback of fully paid-up equity shares of the company.

In an exchange filing, the IT services major did not disclose the size of the buyback or the price at which the shares will be repurchased. Further details are expected to be announced after the board meeting.
