ED Conducts Search At Jaiprakash Associates’ Offices

Jaiprakash Power Ventures Ltd. said the Enforcement Directorate has launched search operations at the offices of its promoter, Jaiprakash Associates Ltd. The search was ongoing at the time of the company’s disclosure on Friday.

Jaiprakash Associates continues normal business operations, and its officials are fully cooperating with authorities, providing all relevant information during the search process, the company added.
