Dalmia Cement Trims Stake In Indian Energy Exchange

Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd. has offloaded 21.76 million shares, or 2.44% stake, in Indian Energy Exchange Ltd. through open market transactions between June 3 and June 10, the company said in an exchange filing.

Following the sale, Dalmia Cement’s holding in the power trading platform dropped to 10.81% from 13.25%.
