Bank Of Baroda, Tamil Nadu In Pact To Offer Salary Account For State Staff

Bank of Baroda today signed a memorandum of understanding with the Tamil Nadu government to provide a customised salary account package for state government employees, including those in the police, forest, and fire and rescue departments.

The salary account offers insurance benefits such as personal accident coverage up to ₹15.5 million, term life insurance of ₹1.5 million, permanent total disability cover up to ₹10 million, and ₹2,000 per day for hospitalisation.
