TCS Partners With UK Retailer Morrisons for Digital Transformation

Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. on Tuesday announced a five-year partnership with UK-based supermarket chain Morrisons to enhance customer experience, strengthen its loyalty programme, and improve operational efficiency.

Under the partnership, TCS will provide end-to-end engineering services, including application design, development, testing, and maintenance. It will also modernise Morrisons’ legacy platforms and embed artificial intelligence-powered solutions to improve service delivery, the company said in an exchange filing.

TCS will establish an automation factory and a business intelligence command centre to provide a 360-degree view of operations, enable proactive issue resolution, and support data-driven decision-making. The company will also revamp Morrisons’ digital platforms across loyalty, marketing, e-commerce, and retail functions.
