ICICI Bank gets RBI Nod to Raise Stake in ICICI Prudential AMC

ICICI Bank Ltd. on Friday said it has received approval from the Reserve Bank of India to acquire an additional 2% stake in ICICI Prudential Asset Management Co. Ltd.

The move will help the bank maintain its majority shareholding in the asset management company, it said in a stock exchange filing.
