Vedanta Board Clears ₹7 Per Share Interim Dividend For 2025-26

Vedanta Ltd.’s board on Wednesday approved its first interim dividend for 2025-26 at ₹7 per share on a face value of ₹1, the company said in an exchange filing.

The total dividend payout amounts to ₹27.37 billion. The record date for the interim dividend has been set as June 24, the company added.
