Lupin Ltd. has carved out its over-the-counter unit into a new subsidiary, LupinLife Consumer Healthcare Ltd., and appointed Anil Kaushal as CEO.

The unit, launched in 2017, owns brands like Softovac, Beplex Forte, Corcium, and Aptivate.
