LIC Raises Stake In Dr. Reddy’s By 2% Via Market Purchase

Life Insurance Corp. of India acquired 16.79 million shares, or a 2% stake, in Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd through market purchases between October 28 and June. 3, the company said in an exchange filing.

Following the acquisition, LIC’s holding in Dr. Reddy’s rose to 8.2% from 6.2%.
