Hindustan Copper To Pay ₹1.46 Dividend, Plans ₹5 Billion Debt Raise

Hindustan Copper Ltd. said on Tuesday it will pay a dividend of ₹1.46 per share for 2024-25. The board has approved raising up to ₹5 billion through the issue of secured or unsecured non-convertible debentures or bonds on a private placement basis, the company said in an exchange filing.

The company will seek shareholder approval for the debt raise at the upcoming annual general meeting.
