Glenmark to Transfer Consumer Care Business to Subsidiary for ₹2.40 Billion

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd. said it has signed a business transfer agreement to move its consumer care business to its wholly-owned unit Glenmark Consumer Care Ltd.

The transaction, valued at ₹2.40 billion, is expected to close by December 31, subject to customary approvals.
