Dalmia Bharat OKs Reclassifying 2 Promoter Entities as Public Holders

Dalmia Bharat Ltd. on Tuesday said that the National Stock Exchange and BSE have approved its request to reclassify RHI Magnesita India Refractories Ltd. and Dalmia GSB Refractories GmbH from promoter group to public category.

The company had submitted the application for reclassification on May 17. As of March 31, both entities held no shares in the company, Dalmia Bharat said in an exchange filing.
